• For 1-on-1 Speaking Practice and Writing Feedback Sessions, you may call or text to book a slot in no more than 3 hours before the schedule. This is to ensure that your attendance is confirmed and no slot is wasted. Each session runs for 15 to 20 minutes. As courtesy to other students, in case of cancellations, please notify us at least 30 minutes before your confirmed schedule.
